Getting started with the arenabocah app
Our arenabocah Android APK is the native installation method for users on Android 7 or later. The iOS experience is delivered through a responsive mobile web app accessed via Safari or Chrome, which delivers the same feature set as the Android version without requiring an App Store listing. Both paths offer offline game caching, push notifications for live events, and background account verification.
To download the Android APK, visit our homepage or your arenabocah member account. You will need to enable "Unknown Sources" in your device settings to allow installation from outside the Google Play Store. This is a standard Android security step; our APK is scanned regularly for malware and signed with our security certificate. After installation, the app updates automatically when new versions are released.

iOS users: use the mobile web app
iOS devices cannot install APKs. Instead, open arenabocah.id in Safari or Chrome on your iPhone or iPad. The responsive design adapts automatically to your screen size, and you can add arenabocah to your home screen as a shortcut for quick access.
Native app vs. mobile browser experience
The Android APK offers native performance optimisations: offline caching of game assets reduces bandwidth consumption during peak traffic, push notifications alert you to live markets and table availability within seconds of launch, and the app runs in the background to keep your session warm. The native version is ideal if you have limited data or prefer the smoothest possible performance. Conversely, the mobile web app requires no installation and updates automatically whenever you refresh your browser. If you travel frequently or use multiple devices, the web app's zero-install approach may suit you better. Both versions connect to the same account, balance, and betting history.
Device compatibility and requirements
We support Android 7.0 and later on the native app; iOS 12 and later on mobile browsers; and modern desktop browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Minimum RAM requirement is 2 GB; we recommend 4 GB or more for smooth multi-table sessions. Network speed of at least 2 Mbps is adequate for live-dealer streams; 5 Mbps or higher ensures HD video without buffering. Users on slower connections may experience video quality reduction or brief delays during high-traffic periods such as Liga 1 match days or Piala Aff tournaments.
Common installation issues and solutions
If installation fails on Android, verify that you have enabled "Unknown Sources" for the application attempting the download—usually your browser or file manager. Some manufacturers (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei) use non-standard Settings paths; look for "Install Unknown Apps" or "Install from Unknown Source" in your device's App Permissions menu. If the APK file is corrupted, delete it and re-download from our website. On iOS, if the web app is slow or unresponsive, clear your browser's cache by going to Settings → [Browser name] → Clear History and Website Data, then reload arenabocah.id. Certificate trust warnings are rare but can occur on older iOS versions; if prompted, tap "Allow" to trust our security certificate.
Data, permissions, and account security on arenabocah
The arenabocah app requests camera and microphone permissions only when you join a live-dealer table or video-call our support team. Location permissions are not required; we determine your jurisdiction using IP geolocation. All account data—username, password, email, payment methods—is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or later and stored on our servers with standard database encryption. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Your transaction history is visible in the app under "Account" → "Transactions" and can be downloaded as a record for your personal tax or audit purposes. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team via in-app chat.
